The Original Balcony Sauce, our take on a classic hot sauce. Fruity habaneros grown on our apartment balcony, combined with home grown carrots and onions, garlic, and lime juice, make for a delightful combination.
We put this on everything!
Ingredients: Distilled white vinegar, red bell pepper, orange carrots, homegrown habanero peppers, yellow onion, garlic, smoked paprika, dried chili powder, salt, lime juice, xanthan gum.
Featuring homegrown Peruvian ají limón peppers, this sauce is named after our favorite marsh bird, the pied-billed grebe. This bird is part submarine, and is commonly called ‘helldiver’ or ‘water witch’.
We’ve punched up the citrus notes and yellow color in this pepper with fresh oranges and lemons, home grown onions, and yellow carrots. Put this on your favorite tacos, you won’t regret it!
